Please note here that there is no refund for any re-charge voucher you order us online. Both RGU /Cityemails are not responsible for any recharge if it did not get successful. In case you come across any problem during recharging we can help you to solve your problem.

Refunds and Returns    

Kindly note that all successful recharges confirmations to us from telecom companies are mean "done successfully". If you come to know that that particular recharge is denied by the operator, immediately contact us
via email and phone within 12 hours of recharge confirmation. We try to reverse or re-do the recharge. But once the amount is captured we can not make any refund to you.          

Cancellation Policy

As stated above there will be no refund for captured amount. But after capturing the payment, and your
request, we will contact the telecos or service provider and if they reverse the disputed amount we will
only credit back the amount to your wallet account created on our website. No real reversal of funds will be done
to the captured amount.
